Quotations
- Quotations are given after the job has been inspected or clearly described to us.

- Additional work found during the job is carried out only after your approval.
- Prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED), and VAT is added where applicable.
Customer responsibilities
You agree to give our team safe access to the work area at the agreed time, obtain any building or landlord permissions that may be required, and inform us of any known hazards at the property.
Payment
Payment terms are stated in the quotation or invoice. For larger jobs or annual maintenance contracts, an advance payment may be required.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Please inform us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a visit. Charges may apply for materials already purchased for your job.
Workmanship and liability
We carry out all work with reasonable care and skill. If you have a concern about completed work, please contact us promptly so we can inspect it. We are not responsible for pre-existing defects, damage caused by misuse, or faults in materials or equipment supplied by the customer. Our liability is limited to the value of the work concerned, to the extent permitted by UAE law.
